Weekly rent includes all utilities, wifi and access to a laundry/break room.
Studio leases vary depending on size and location. Room sizes vary between 125 sqft to 270 sqft. Pricing ranges between $200 to $450 per week.
Solitude Salon Studios offers a variety of spacious layouts, all of which can be decorated by you to accommodate your needs. *Studios with Shampoo and hair chairs can be removed for other service providers.
Single Private Studios
Studios designed with the stylist in mind. Plenty of retail space and cabinetry throughout. You’ll love the comfort and ease of use in this suite!
Double Private Studios
Maximize your profits and growth in one of our larger suites! Large enough to share with another stylist or keep it all to yourself! Double styling stations, retail shelves and cabinetry. With the ability to more fully double book you can take your business to the next level!
