We provide beauty and wellness professionals with “salon ready” studios along with the tools they need to start their own business. We welcome Hairstylists, Barbers, Estheticians, Lash Artists, Microbladers, Makeup Artists, Massage Therapists, Nail Artists and more.

Studio Leases include:

  • Each studio provides you with a cabinet vanity for storage and a washout sink.

  • For hairstylists a hair chair and shampoo sink

  • Convenient location with high visibility

  • Private locked studio

  • All gas and electrical utilities included

  • Free WiFi for stylists and clients

  • On-site Laundry facilities

  • High ceilings

  • Lots of parking

  • Several waiting areas for clients

Please Note: You will need a current state license, a local business license and liability insurance.
